What the form collects

When you submit an offer, the following is recorded:

The name, email address, company and offer figure you typed, and your message.
The domain you enquired about, and the time.
The network your request came from.

It is used to answer you, for due diligence and for nothing else. It is never sold, shared, published, added to a mailing list, or used to contact you about anything other than the enquiry you sent.

Abuse prevention

A number of technical measures protect this site from automated spam and abuse. Some involve processing limited technical information about the request, such as network and browser details, and holding it for as long as is prudent for that purpose. It is used only to keep the site working for genuine buyers: no profile is built from it, it is never used to identify or contact you.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while the domain is on the market and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a sale needs to be evidenced. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time by sending a message through the form quoting the domain and the date you wrote.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. Requests go through the form on this site and are answered typically within 24-48hrs.
